An 'employer brand' campaign establishing SF, in the hearts and minds of experienced recruitment professionals, as a career option where the shackles are off and the possibilities are infinite.

SF Recruitment is a high-performance business environment that insists on, and exists by, attracting the absolute best recruitment talent.
With this mixed-media campaign, we sought to highlight the benefits that the very highest operators would value, over and above remuneration.
We honed in on the idea that being at SF 'multiplied' your potential to the best you can be:
“We understand that everyone is different and you will be treated as an individual where every ounce of potential is extracted from your particular blend of qualities.”
This concept of multiplication suggested a visual treatment that offered stand-out from the regular SF marketing material while still appearing to belong to the SF brand.
Results and impact:
The proof of the pudding here is in the leads the campaign generated, which were significant and of a much higher quality than generated by previous campaigns.
A number of successful hires were made as a direct result of this campaign.
