Develop Consulting is a team of tried and tested experts in the implementation of improvement processes for manufacturing, construction and healthcare. They get under the skin of an organisation and find out what makes it tick – or why it isn’t ticking like it should.
Develop had an existing brand identity system that was holding them back. Purpose hadn’t been defined and the creative manifestation was clumsy, lacking meaningful rules to govern how communications looked and sounded.
I took Develop through my brand workshop process which uncovered some key points of difference for the company.
The new Develop Consulting brand gave the company a new confidence in the marketplace. It defined with absolute clarity why they were different. In the year since the brand went live, Develop have gained several new household-name clients and have expanded their work with the NHS up and down the country.
They have spun off some of their online training products into a separate company which I am also helping to define as a standalone brand.
